Exchanges Only

We currently do not offer refunds or returns. However, exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Sale items and accessories are non-exchangeable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
